If, like us, you're one of the long-suffering, coffee-loving Londoners tired of expensive, milky pints of coffee or simply craving a rich, satisfying espresso neither stewed or burnt, then don't despair!
At Ginger & White we produce expertly made coffee using seasonal beans handroasted by Square Mile Coffee Roasters in East London. We’re currently serving the Red Brick Espresso blend. Expect to find buttery almond quality, with tonnes of cherry followed by a lovely toffee sweetness from El Majahual. From the Capetillo you can expect juicy blackcurrant and blackberry fruit notes with a touch of raspberry and honey. In milk this coffee is lovely, the toffee and buttery notes are really highlighted, turning into a buttery cherry flan. It is composed of 2 different lots of coffee from 2 different origins, 60% El Majahual, El Salvador and 40% Capetillo Y Anexos, Guatemala.
We’re serious about our coffee so if you’re after a milky pint of froth with a silly name like 'grande' you’re probably in the wrong place.
