Weary of the same old Italian and French fare sold in so many cafes we decided to focus on British flavours. We didn’t choose British suppliers in some fashionable attempt to be worthy, but because they just happen to be brilliant. All our artisan bread is handmade by The Flour Station. We pair it with seasonally changing ingredients, scouring farmers' markets for the best artisan producers to inspire combinations such as Slow braised ham hock and mustard shallots on London bloomer, or a nose tickling egg mayo spiked with Colman's mustard and peppery watercress in a seeded sweet bap.
