We source our beans and milk from UK small producers.
Our milk comes from cows at Northiam Dairy and our coffee is hand roasted in small batches by Square Mile in East London. Each season we serve a specially blended mix of beans to ensure we always serve the best espresso.
We brew the Red Brick blend of espresso in a dose of 19 grams (36-38 grams) at 201ºF-202ºF/94ºC-94.5ºC. Brew time is 28-30 sec with a total volume approx 50 ml.
