Our Produce
We source both our beans and milk from UK small producers. Our milk comes from cows at Northiam dairy and our coffee is hand roasted in small batches by Square Mile Coffee Roasters in East London. Square Mile is synonymous with London coffee culture. Each season we serve a specially blended mix of beans to ensure the best espresso.
We brew their Red Brick blend of espresso in a dose of 19 grams (36-38 grams) at 201ºF-202ºF/94ºC-94.5ºC. Brew time is 28-30 sec with a total volume approx 50 ml.
G&W Hot Drinks
Share your best offersHot Chocolate
We use Montezuma’s chocolate – a British chocolate company based in West Sussex. It makes a strong chocolate drink and is made from actual chocolate flakes not powder. We serve all of our hot chocolates with marshmallows. For the children’s version we make a slighter cooler sweetened version using Cadbury’s powder mixed with Montezuma’s.Matcha Latte
We use organic matcha powder from a company called Lalani & Co. The leaves are picked in Kyoto from family owned gardens, shaded form the sun for 21 days and milled in the traditional way with granite stones. Forget any matcha experience you’ve had in the past! Our Spreads

Our Eggs
Our menu is a culinary journey that embraces the finest ingredients sourced from British farmers, reflecting our commitment to quality and sustainability.
At the heart of our offerings are beloved classics like dippy eggs paired with freshly baked white sourdough, and the renowned Red Brick coffee blend, hand-roasted with expertise by Square Mile in East London.
Every dish, from artisanal sandwiches to vibrant salads, is lovingly prepared to order, ensuring a delightful burst of flavour in every bite.
Cultivating Connection Through Ingredients
A cornerstone of our ethos at Ginger and White is the deep pride we take in the origin of our ingredients, a commitment that resonates through every dish we present. British farmers are our trusted partners, and their dedication to quality mirrors our own.
Notably, our eggs find their home on the menus from a cherished family farm nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Wales. The journey from farm to table is a story we treasure; it encapsulates the essence of sustainable practices, local support, and the flourishing bond between food and community. This connection, particularly evident through our partnership with the Welsh family farm, underlines our determination to offer not just nourishment, but an experience steeped in authenticity and genuine care.
